One of the most common complaints we hear from students who have started their course with another Registered Training Organisation (and then come to us after cancelling with the other RTO), is that they don’t receive the support they need in order to complete their home studies. When you are completing any kind of qualification, but in particular, certificate levels 4 and above, it is imperative that you have the support, guidance, and mentoring that you need, in order to assist you with completing the distance learning component of your course. Regardless of your discipline to commit to self-paced home studies, or your experience within the sector you are studying – you are, after-all, usually learning at least some new skill or knowledge base, or may simply need some guidance with navigating the course materials.
The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, is no exception. It is an intensive, impacting, and important, course to complete, to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills you need, to be the most effective trainer and assessor you can be.
As part of our commitment to providing our students with the support that they need, we offer fortnightly live webinars (conducted via Zoom), free of charge, where they can ask questions or request guidance from an expert TAE trainer, on any areas of their home studies that they are struggling with. Students are encouraged to email their questions in prior to the webinar, to enable the trainer to provide as much relevant information as possible, but they will also have an opportunity to ask questions live as well. These webinars greatly assist our students to complete their training, and move ahead in their chosen career path. Bookings are essential.
