About This Course

Success Training Academy ( In partnership with Studymix RTO#41562 ) offers the OLGR approved RSA course in Southport on the Gold Coast and Woolloongabba Brisbane.

It is a mandatory requirement to hold a current OLGR approved Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for any one involved in the services and supply of alcoholic beverages. The types of positions that require this certificate are, bar staff, security staff and venue managers.

In this course you will be taught the skills and knowledge required to comply with the Queensland Office and Gaming Regulation and legal responsibilities in regards to the service and provision of alcohol.

As a new employee you are required to complete the RSA course within 30 days of commencement.

Note: for international students – we are not CRICOS registered and therefore cannot accept international students who are on a student visa.

Delivery Method

The RSA course is run over a 1-day face to face course (4 hours)

What does RSA Stand for?

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Will I receive my Certificate on the day?

No, if deemed competent your Certificate will be issued within ten working days from assessment.

Can I use my RSA Certificate in other states in Australia?

Unfortunately not, the RSA course is state specific, each state has their own Liquor and Gaming regulator.
