About This Course
Kickstart your hospitality career with this package that has been developed especially for those new to the industry. Entering the hospitality industry is a competitive one – get an edge over other jobseekers, by ensuring that:
- You know how to make a range of espresso coffees, cappuccino’s, café latte and more
- You have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, enabling you to work in a licensed venue, and teaching you the rules around serving alcohol
- You know the food safety regulations required to work in any café, restaurant or bar that serves food
This package is made up of 3 individual courses:
- Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Food Handling
Success Training Academy (in partnership with BBHT, RTO #: 31983), offers the Hospitality Kickstarter package as a 3 day workshop. These workshops consist of a mixture of theory and practical, with hands-on practice using a commercial coffee machine. You will leave your training confident in your new coffee-making, alcohol serving, food handling skills!

Yes, you will receive a statement of attainment for the 3 units completed.
While the units are technically nationally recognised, other states such as NSW will require, for eg, an RSA completed in NSW.
Absolutely! Once your trainer assesses you as competent, we will post you out a statement of attainment for the units completed, within 10 business days.
