About This Course

The BSB41419 Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, is the latest workplace health and safety qualification. The Certificate IV in WHS, teaches participants the knowledge and skills required to work within an organisation, as a WHS Officer, Safety Advisor, WorkCover Assessor, WHS Coordinator, or WHS Supervisor. The qualification is suitable for people working in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) role, who work to provide leadership and guidance to others, and have some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Success Training Academy acts as student recruiters for our sister company, RAM Training Services (RTO #: 31701), who deliver this course for us. RAM are the RTO you will be enrolled with, and whom will issue your certificate upon successful completion of your course with STA.  The BSB41419 Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety course is offered as a self-paced online course, as with face to face workshops in Brisbane and the Gold Coast coming soon, and for private group bookings nationwide.

CORPORATE TRAINING

Delivery Method

The blended program incorporates 5 consecutive face to face days, as well as self-paced reading and answering of short-answer questions, required outside of the face to face component.

The blended method of delivery has been specifically designed as a kickstart program, during the 5 days in class, participants complete a variety of tasks, group based activities, case studies.  This program gives you a good head start, to then complete the remainder of the course from home.

After completing the 5 days in class, participants will have access to our pre-recorded webinars to help support them through their post course assessments. Our pre-recorded online webinars allow participants the flexibility to complete the rest of their assessments at a time that suits their needs. Participants will also have access and support from their trainers via:

  • email and or phone
  • monthly live Q&A support webinars

For those completing the course entirely from home, you will have the choice to either complete this via our state of the art online platform, or we can post you out our professionally printed hard copy books.

Participants will have access to our pre-recorded webinars to help support them through their online or distance learning studies. Our pre-recorded online webinars allow participants the flexibility to complete their assessments at a time that suits their needs. Participants will also have access and support from their trainers via:

Refund Policy

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and once the course is paid in full, no refund will be given for cancellations unless 5 business days’ notice is given (less a 20% administration fee). Should we need to postpone a course for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the course within the following two months. If however, this is not possible, or the rescheduled dates do not suit, participants will be entitled to a full refund

Refund Policy

Once payment has been made on a distance learning course, and study materials have been issued, there are no refunds available for cancellations.
